Reservation
- All rooms and rates offered by the Hotel are subject to availability and the discretion of the Hostel manager.
- Bookings must be guaranteed for the first night's accommodation by a major credit or debit card, or by payment by bank transfer.
- Reservation is not confirmed until the payment is received. If you have decided to pay via bank transfer, reservation confirmation may take a few days. When the booking is under realization, the provisional booking is made, but unless confirmed by payment within 3 working days, it will be automatically cancelled.
- Booking online through our website is safe. Security of our website is paramount and we have invested a great deal of time and money to ensure you can have the peace of mind that your details are secure. Our online reservation system uses up to date security software.
- Online payment is via Centrum Rozliczeniowe Dotpay.
Cancellation policy
- Reservations can be cancelled or changed 3 days prior to arrival. In such a case, deposit paid (minus 3% fee) will be refunded.
- In case of late cancellation or no show, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
Complaints
Any comment or complaint regarding the stay should be made to the Manager at the time of visit so that the matter can be resolved immediately or by e-mail: manager@cityhostel.pl
Data protection
The Hostel respects the privacy of every individual who visits our website. The data collected about you will be used to firstly fulfil any service you might request and we will under no circumstances give your personal data to third parties.
